We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- Ireland & EU: 10–20 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

After your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it directly on the carrier's website (DHL, UPS, or An Post) to follow your package in real time.

🔧 4. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at fluffyhub.space@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
